Chocolate Coated Nougat
Our popular dark chocolate-coated nougat is inspired by the style originating in the small town of Montélimar in France. This style which differs from traditional nougat by adding eggs, almonds and honey. The result is a nougat that is surprisingly balanced, melty and not sickly sweet compared to other styles.
Our recipe brings together a soft nougat muddled with almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, pineapple, cranberry and apricots.
